Our goal for 2011 is to raise $50,000!

About Our Funding....

At present, our limited funding comes mainly from
individual donors, fundraising events, and small grants and
directly supports classroom programs.
Purple Asparagus has
no paid staff
; we rely on volunteer Head Spear, Melissa
Graham, and a team of volunteer educators, chefs, and
board members. Thanks to their hard work and our
wonderful donors
Purple Asparagus will be expanding its
reach into more classrooms during the 2011-2012 school
year!

While this volunteer-only model has worked for our startup
phase,
demand for our curriculum is burgeoning beyond
our current capacity.  Motivated by an unwavering will to
improve the health of families and children,
Purple
Asparagus is currently engaged in strategic, operational
planning
to meet these new challenges.

Our goal for 2011 is to raise $50,000!

Your donation will help us meet this goal and enable Purple
Asparagus to expand its educational programming while
providing seed money for hiring the paid staff necessary to
grow as an organization.

Help us excite more children to eat healthy food by making
a donation today!

Thank you!

We're grateful
for your support!
